Wow! I'm visiting family up in NJ and I almost thought of popping up there... And now I'm glad I didn't.

These are interesting times. I have multiple younger colleagues who are into men's fashion and street wear, but not watches, ask me a ton of questions about the collab. For better or worse, it seems like this is making more people excited for watches.

I just saw one of these being used as a bag charm on an LV Speedy Labubu style and I have to say I thought it was pretty cool as that. I feel like the ladies are going to love these for that role more than anyone converting them to wristwatches.

This could be a really cool way of getting your wife or girlfriend into watches if she’s already into bags, which isn’t a bad thing at all!

I think AP and Swatch should share the costs for street cleaning and police overtime. They generate the hype, let them pay for the cost that society shoulders.

It's distasteful, really. The authorities should consider having them pay a fine for creating a public disturbance.

But then again, it's not done with football games either. So, corporations running their businesses while the rest of the world pays the bill as usual. Imagine working in law enforcement or as a paramedic, just to be confronted with a group of "watch hooligans" ...

Looking at the Uk news swatch shops were issue tickets for those in line too restrict scalpers. That backfired as a blackmarket for the tickets quickly formed so a few could buy more. Westfield shopping centre store was forced too close by police for safety

Not sure about this one. Ap/swatch are doing their jobs making cool watches people want. Rather the people clean up their own shit..

I guess it is everywhere the same. Just read that in Antibes, they had to close the street in front of the store.

Some people need something like this.

Others still enjoy their second watches, wether new or old. Bravo swatch.

My wife wants one. She appreciates watches but hates wearing jewelry on her wrists for sensory reasons.

I'm gonna wait so that I don't risk get trampled though.

I'd like to go back to Japan someday.
Been twice in the last 18 months. Beautiful scenery, great food, culture, history... one of my favourite countries to visit.

Dang, I really need to save up and do a family trip. I figured, we'd go stay in the Godzilla hotel to make my kid happy, then we'd slowly walk the old Edo road, stopping at tiny inns every night, and then pop up to Hokkaido and float around in the hot springs.

But, I will have to reduce my watch budget to make this happen ...

I'm actually trying to plan a family trip to Japan as well.
It was going to be just me and my brother in law. But now my wife wants to go and bring the kids lol.

Im in cairo at the moment not only is there no police or lines of skalpers at the swatch store goiing round the block They have a system of you can buy 1 only and go too back of queue.

Tourists however can buy as many as they like
