    Some really nice clocks there for sure. However I think I'll stick to collecting Omega clocks, I'm pretty sure my entire collection cost me less than the low estimate of the cheapest example there! :eek:

    Estimates are ambitious indeed although I do have to admit that I don't have a clue what the values of these clocks are

    Cartier clocks have always brought good prices on the used/antique market. They were always beautifully constructed and interesting designs. The only two I have are later models, ca. 1975-80. One is a classic prism clock in sterling silver and vermeil trim, and the other is a rose quartz/rock crystal/mother of pearl sunrise clock. Bought them in the mid-80's in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where they had sat for years in the store's stock, the locals and expats didn't know what they were, and even though they are relatively new they will still fetch around $10k each. They make a nice addition to a room's décor, and always attract a comment or two from visitors.
