It's actually an '0', for '007' By far the most valuable Spectre prototype developed by Omega, worth deep into 5 digits. But they scratched this idea because it was too subtle/ spy-like for the general public.

Rumor has it they produced a batch of these dials before changing course, so definitely keep your eyes open and try to score one if possible (think Tintin, only a lot rarer).
