Hour hand looks incorrect also.

 

Hour, minute hand wrong. Bezel probably a service replacement. Must have inside pics to correctly identify reference but it doesn't look very promising. Probably the reason it's not returnable

Yes the band does have a bling like quality

 

Sides of the case and caseback as well. The whole thing is a really really bad refinish job.

It does not present well. It's pre 98 post 80 and does seem to be a mishmash of parts.
