They seemed like regular generic o-rings to me

I was expecting a 3D gasket that would just fit the case slot

That case number comes up with "no results found" on the Omega extranet...are you sure that's the number?

Yes it’s a very common C-Case Constellation

For reference vintage watches usually have these yellow gaskets, I was expecting something similar

Strange - I entered that case number 3X with no results - just did it again and now it comes up...

The yellow seal you see is a very old compressed yellow O-ring...the new ones aren't yellow, but are certainly 3D. 😉

31.60 MM OD
0.80 MM DIAMETER

Yes, that's correct. Not sure what the OP has bought and where he got the number from, but if it's meant to be 088NS0800, that again comes up as "no results found" for me.

088-0800 is the old format, 088NS5081 is the new format part number as far as I gather for the same part
