·If it's anything like Seamaster chronographs - yes, you can interchange them. The different digit referred to the caliber 321 or 861 inside. Wait for more informed opinions from the Speedy guys though.

Also I once bought a 145.022 with a 105.012 back on it. (Result!)

·Thank gentleman. I was just not sure since I think the back and the cover hold the movement in place and didn't know if there was a difference in thickness between the 321 and 861.
