Aquastar Regate: bid or nor not

Hello,

I'm looking to acquire a wrist watch with a mechanical movement and a regatta timer complication.

I am particularly interested in Aquastar Regate, because it's understated in dial design and measures relatively small (39 mm) compared to other regata timers.

This will be my first ever wrist watch to acquire outside of vintage Omega domain.

Therefore could I enlist your help to analyse this particular candidate. I fail to see something alarming. What am I missing?

Thank you in advance,
Rait

A Felsa 4000 N movement. Okay in its day. The watch is likely 50 plus years old and appears to have had little use. Take into the equation the price of having it serviced if you buy it.

Well, the second and third photos suggest a re-lume, as the hands appear different in the others.
