Aqua Terra wrong bracelet?

Hi All,

Recently bought a Co-Axial Aqua Terra (Skyfall), my dream watch, off of a gray market dealer. It came in with the Master Co-axial bracelet with polished center links. I brought it to my AD and he said there is nothing to worry about, both the watch and bracelet were genuine. His idea was the watch could have been one of the last Co-axials to be built after the brushed bracelets were phased out or the bracelet was switched out at an AD.

Any other ideas, causes of concern? Is this common?

I probably wouldn't worry about it, but I'd get it brushed.

I think your watch is beautiful. Fantastic contrast between dial and case/bracelet.

Think your AD is a smooth talker. Watch and bracelet will most probably be genuine, although not sold as one a few years back.
That particular 8500 came all with all brushed bracelets, as far as I know.
Nothing to worry about: it still looks amazing and people change bracelets/straps every time while wearing it.

Enjoy!

looks great with PCL. I think PCL looks better; makes it dressier. if you really don't like it, very easy to get it brushed. any qualified jeweler can do it for cheap.

If they're anything like the Rolex PCLs, you'll only have to look at them the wrong way for them to scratch..

This is a beautiful watch and the watch band is similar to my Aqua Terra 007 watch.
