Heads up to any interested:

Oris still lists these as "Notify me when this product becomes available online", with an input to enter your email address.

In my case I submitted my email on Friday or Saturday and got an email, with non-public link, inviting me to fulfill an order and check out on Sunday, the next day.

Basically, if you're interested, just submit your email and you may well get a similar invitation almost right away.

Ugh... that blue... so lovely. Why is Oris always on my "yes... but maybe not yet" list??

This is my missus watch after two weeks !!

going to Google how to clean it up a bit as this is shocking especially because she is so careful with her watches. Thankfully she likes the patina.

Curious to know what the inside of the bracelet looks like, and if it leaves any discoloration on her skin?

I have no experience with bronze watches, but do wonder if it could start to look a lot better if left to continue its oxidation. Otherwise I think it’s going to be something you’ll be polishing every few weeks.

The bracelet leaves a green ring on her wrist. I have ordered the same buckle that comes with the strap from Oris and will send it to Ivan at TwoStitch to have a nice leather pink stitching strap made for it.

That way I won’t have to polish it and I believe it will look much better than it currently does.

I have the new BB58 silver case on order and apparently it has similar problems. I will swap the order for the new 41mm GMT they launched yesterday.

I’ve owned the Tudor BB58 Silver for a while (I received the first watch that my AD got in stock) and it has not developed any patina.

That’s encouraging to hear. I have not yet swapped the order to the GMT as I want to see a few video reviews of the GMT first.
