The long box is likely for a ladies watch. If you have a short band, it might fit.

·Thanks. Apologies for the late reply. I thought the same. Long box=ladies watch. The square box was offered with the orignal Omega guaranty dated 1954. Also included the Omega's serial number: 13687209 and the watch guide "Your Omega Automatic". Dates it at 1953. I just found that information else I would not have posted the thread. But your photo helped to confirm the date. The box inside is a bit rough as expected. Thank you again.
