I don't own one, but I like it. The value is so much lower on them that it would be nice to have one as a daily "grab and go".
James Bond wore one so it must be good! Not a lot not to like and great value for money as a daily wearer with some developing a nice patina on the tritium markers.
I have the exact same watch with identical fading to the red second hand. Have contemplated selling but the bulletproof reliability and functionality have stopped me.
Seamaster AT - got it a great price last fall, so had to act. It also sits a bit lower on the wrist, cuz it's quartz
I’ve considered swapping it for an auto however, there’s something appealing about it always being ready to wear!
I've only the one quartz, but it is my favourite watch and gets by far the most wear . Seconds hand hits every marker perfectly which is an essential for me.
Have two Tag - worn for nearly 10 years Luminox - go to beater when it's dog wash time or raining heavy
I was originally looking a quartz Seamaster 300 because I knew I wasn’t going to wear it that much and I wanted a nice grab and go beater. I ended up finding the 2531 for the same price as the quartz go for so I had to go automatic. It still would be nice to find a quartz beater to have a nice grab and go watch.
