Someone offered this to me for sale, but I’m not familiar with Movado at all. Not sure if the dial is original? Any info much appreciated.
That’s a very interesting movement. Were the numbers inside any help to you? Unfortunately I’m of no help as I’ve never seen it before but I love older movados. Just never ran across anything like that.
so far I’m not having any google luck. I’m not familiar enough with movado to interpret the numbers. Guessing the top might be a serial number and the lower maybe a case reference or model number ?

I have had the same problems with two vintage watches i picked up lately. One was a mathey tissot the other a Pavel Buhre. I ran all the numbers inside didn’t bring me to the model in hand. Is there a movado forum? You might try Reddit as well. I had a Maurice Lacroix I wanted to know about I posted it and someone who worked for the company replied.
