Anyone owning a vintage 22mm Corfam strap?

Hello,

I've been offered a vintage 22mm Corfam strap for my 70s Omega Yachting. It's the black rallye looking one that you can find from old 70s catalogs attached to Seamasters/Yachtings.

That offered Corfam strap has genuine vintage Omega buckle, but the strap has just a "Swiss Made" branding on the inner side, nothing else. No Omega Logo.

Does anyone own a genuine 22mm Corfam strap? Does it have a Omega Logo on the inner side?

I don't think there is a definitive answer to this one. Many were foil stamped which has a tendency to rub off over time, some were die stamped and still others I believe were unmarked. IIRC there was actually a discussion about this exact subject here on the forum several years ago. Do a forum search.

I’ve also since bought a NOS corfam strap from a retired watchmaker which supports the claim that some Omega straps were unbranded. It was similar to the one that came with my 176.007 and with the same buckle. It came in a package with other NOS omega straps that were branded.

This is actually one that I have on my Speedmaster. Also from a retired watchmaker. It has the Logo inside.

And I was just in doubt that the one without the logo I got offered is not genuine. But it seems like it's not necessarily true.
