Anyone knows of contact to reinstate a hacked FB account ?

My Facebook account got compromised by someone based in Vietnam on 24th Sept and since I am unable to lock in citing I’m not adhering to community.

Unable to get a live chat or personal response, I have create another account using same name and I have quite a few giving suggestion to contact guys from Instagram that can assist for fee ranging $40-$75.

I am skeptical .

anyone can assist? Very much appreciated.

That company is probably just as bad as the guy who hacked into your account. Two sides of the same coin. I find it very suspicious that they have to buy the same "recovery software tool" every time someone requires their services 😀

this the message from FaceBook when clearly is not my doings:

Your account has been disabled
You can't use Facebook or Messenger because your account, or activity on it, didn't follow our Community Standards.
We have already reviewed this decision and it can't be reversed.

Sentenced without a trial. It's sad when you did nothing wrong.

Go to LinkedIn and try to connect with someone who works on Facebook, or if you have developer friends, try to find a connection through them

Back in the day my friends were able to help me this way, but they've since all left Facebook

Unfortunately, if any official channels of communication have not provided an answer/have remained silent, I would count this as a loss. And please do not entertain these offers from people who claim to be able to recover your account, they are just as likely to just take your money and not deliver or keep a 'backdoor' on your account to extort you again.

Thank you for the suggestions. I suppose with millions of Facebook members, they are not prepare to handle cases like this.

I actually went to the HQ physical office here In Singapore where I was not even given the chance to meet up with any of their employees. The receptionist just give me a post cards with instructions (pretty much useless in any case) as a memento .
