it was made out of parts for me for my 21st birthday. I’ve grown fat and now the bracelet doesn’t fit and the battery is dead. I can’t find anything on the internet about it.

I’m not sure of your question. It was made out of parts for you and you can’t find anything about it on the internet? Then again nobody made me a watch for my 21st birthday....

It was made out of parts for this watch - it’s not a franken, just assembled out of new unused parts for that watch.

Pop the caseback off and take out the dead battery, replace it with a fresh one of the same type. As for it not fitting, aside from skipping second helpings, one other option is to have a jeweller enlarge the bracelet, either by making extra links or adding more length to the clasp. That is possible providing it is solid gold. It appears to be integrated into the case so finding a standard strap to fit it will be almost impossible, but a custom strap maker may be able to make something that will work.
