My favourite ad on OF so far, while looking at @seekingseaquest lovely pie pan constellation in the private sales.

If anyone has been pining for a pie pan, get on Amazon. They have loads apparently

It looks 100% original, unpolished too. For $5.99 its a bit of a steal

I think you are wrong pie pans like this were only produces from 1875 to 1899 after which the number of flutes was changed to 18. The steel should be brushed on the bottom not polished. It should also have lume on this model. Here’s a no lume one I got for us$1000

Bah!! Give me a top of the line Le creuset any day ... preferably without patina , ruins the taste of the crumble
