Anyone Identify This Vintage Omega Dress Watch

Hoping for some help identifying this dress watch and its approximate value.

I’m assisting my sister who is helping a family arrange an estate sale. My sister is doing this as a favor and is asking for no money in exchange. She doesn’t know whether to offer at the sale, give to a local auction house, or sell online.

It looks like a vintage Omega Tresor from late 1950s or 60s, but I’m no expert. Any help is appreciated and I apologize for the poor images.
I didn’t take photos and do not have watch in hand.

Repaint of a early 1950's Omega watch and hopefully an Omega movement inside in good shape.

if so, $50 for the movement and a bit more for case and bracelet.

Put on eBay with good pix and see how it goes.

Or a lot more for case and bracelet if they are gold. The back seems to have a dedication, so there's a chance.
