He's had a Connie, Seamaster and a Sub of mine for service since spring 2021. Last I emailed with him was January this year when he told me he'd send my watches back to me. Nothing since. I'm starting to get concerned.

Andy Lewis is in Ohio. I sent him a LIP to be serviced last May and got it back in October. No issues.

4 weeks seems long, but 4 years? Someone should be driving over there to see what is going on.

Any update to this? I sent him a watch in March 2025, he confirmed receipt and I sent him half the fee as a deposit. I emailed him recently and have not gotten a response.

He worked on three of my watches in the past and communication used to be great.

Got my watches, quality of work as usual is exceptional. Andy is swamped with a huge post-covid backlog however..Do not send any more stuff unless you check in with him first.
