Anyone else pick up the new Retro 51 Rocket Pen?

Received my 2 sets today, well packed and excellent service 👍, very pleased with the quality and detail of them, especially like the Apollo one 👍, they have a nice weight to them too, looking forward to seeing what my brother thinks when he open's them up 😁.

Oh they are pretty cool. But I am left-handed so I like ballpoint pens better than rollerball pens 🙁 They smear less.

Giving the set I picked up to my dad this weekend as a late x-mas gift. He can talk about it with my 5-year-old, who loves space stuff right now.

I've just ordered 2 sets from here https://manninc.co.uk/collections/retro-51-space-race one for myself and one for my brother as a christmas / birthday gift, he's a design engineer at ESA so hopefully will like them and put them to good use, i think they look really cool and bit different.

One of the three I ordered from Mann inc arrived a little scratched, so I wrote to them not expecting much and they are sending another free of charge and are even paying the shipping. Great pens and a great seller too!

Thanks TLIGuy for alerting us to these - I was completely unaware of Retro 51. And I'm really pleased that I've been able to order a 3 pen set today in the UK.

Sorry to hear that Jester. I went here - https://manninc.co.uk/collections/retro-51-space-race. There were two left yesterday afternoon, but I see that this morning it's again indicating sold-out. I think they have had further small numbers coming into stock (as it was sold out two or three days ago) so it's worth rechecking from time to time. Good luck! Regards. David.

If anything like me you'll love them when they turn up 😉, my brother has his proudly displayed on his work desk at ESA and all his colleagues are like, 'where did you get them from' 😲 although with all their resources and technical guru's sending stuff into space you'd think they'd have made their own space pens by now 🙄
