I have zero interest in sports, but living in Milwaukee... just the music of Bob Uecker's sharing of experiences and calling a game.... everyone needs to hear that once

Ok, thread drift, but short, and worth it. Uecker telling a great story to Johnny Carson, and setting up a typically superb quip from the latter:

Almost 7am, -14 degrees outside, cold AF... enough gibber/jabber, time to get my ass moving.

The answer for me depends. Driving in the US at least the places I have traveled? I agree with you. Especially driving on the highway just going straight nothing to see using cruise control and often times getting stuck in traffic. I dread it.

Driving in Europe? I absolutely love it. In Greece, its 99% manual shifting and a lot of windy roads with beautiful landscapes. I look forward to it. Part of my retirement dream is living there with an E30 318is or 325is and enjoy those country roads.

I love driving, it is easily one of the most relaxing things I can do. Of course, I have a slightly different commute than some of you guys. In the summer we will go on our yearly camping trip for a week or two and we usually put about two thousand miles on the Jeep.

Depends on the car and on the road. In my car, most roads that aren't perfectly straight are pretty fun.

Home... 1487 miles in 48 hours.

Feel like refried dog shit but I'm alive and made it.
