Anyone also expecting parcels shipped prior to the snowy weather (UK)?

    Hi there,

So I had a parcel shipped from US to the UK. It had left the US on 28 Feb. I imagine it caught up with the onset of the snowy week in the UK. I know it is common for customs to spend some time at customs, but I have a parcel that left the US couple days before 28 Feb, that got delivered earlier this week.

This one seems to be unnoticed by UK Parcelforce: it must be in the UK but it seems there are no updates since 28 Feb, whether they are processing customs or not. Just wanna check, are there members facing this situation too? Is it time to call Parcelforce a few more times?

That's nice, but I am puzzled as to why there aren't even any Custom charges/At International Hub status updates? I am sure it will incur charges, but it seems they are not even starting to calculate it yet.

It's already been 2 weeks of no updates.

Customs in the U.K. can take a while. I've had packages with them for two weeks before they were inspected and charges raised.
