·Not a great picture. Do you have any that are better? What is the red text on the dial? Some sort of number or a date? T maybe a limited edition of some sort, but a quick google search of “reverse panda Speedmaster” doesn’t show any with that red line of text or with broad arrow hands. So, I suspect at least the hands have been replaced.

This is a modified watch. Can’t tell if it started as a limited edition and had the hands replaced, or it is a regular watxh with a replacement dial and hands.
Attractive combination though. These hands make more sense with the dial furniture.

a-ha. And that is why people need to post clearer pictures. Because that dial looks black to me, not blue.
