A friend of mine received this watch that belonged to someone in his family.

It looks like to is an extra precision. Dial is really in bad shape....

Would you have any info about it ? (approx year, exact model, etc...)

Does it have a value ?

Thanks

This is Rolex Bubbleback territory, probably 1930s. My eyesight is not the greatest, are the numbers on the caseback 63893? That would confirm 1930s serial.
Can you read what is above the second subdial - "Extra ..?!"
See if you can pop the caseback to see if there is a model reference number elsewhere.

About the same case as my 47 Tudor..... Yup it's a guys watch
Weird lugs, perhaps meant for a more integrated bracelet,

You can't "pop" the caseback off ... its a screwback case and on nedd ang oyster case key ... just a FYI.

I think they all that style Egyptian .... I am out and about right now

Nocecwaych do not change anything cosmetic maybe a leather strap

I am aware there is no popping to these caseback with teeth..

Just a figure of speech, didn't think someone would take it literal..but will make sure to mention unscrew the back counterclockwise next time..

Hi

I assumed you knew that and was just a saying . But for new people reading the thread and possilbe that the op might not realize that.

Keep in mind some people on the forum, English is not their first language. Might not get the joke or slang . I have seen some sad damage to sides of screwback cases that the person thought was a snap back .....

Good hunting

Here is the closest I found on the net, dating also to 1930s...
Note the dial is broken into quadrants.
It is possible that yours may read "Extra prima..." above the sub dial..

Hi

When IDing a vitnage Rolex from this era .... You matching case ref... dial was a secondary thing....... but it appears to be a manual wind oyster from the 1930s very cool....
