Would guess the second hand has been replaced at some point. However most concerned about the chrono pusher bases, how common are those?

depends on the price. case and dial look clean, the gold versions are certainly less common.

Looks a bit tatty and the end links don’t seem to seat neatly.

Never seen such a case before... looks strange to me.

Kind regards Max

For all of these watches, you should look at this exceptional website: https://www.calibre1040.com. Which is run by @Andy K . I have never seen a case like this, and it does not seem to be mentioned on the website above. However, it is a strange thing to fake.

Here is mine. Compared to the OP images the pushers look too short and the chronostop hand is the wrong colour . The case looks like it has been polished to within an inch of its life.

Not a terrible example, but requires a number of hard to find parts and the time and expense that goes with the finding. I would think about buying this at $1000 but pass at much more than that.

I will pass on this one, as pointed out by several those pushers are not as on any other 176.006 around.
Thanks to all

I love the C3PO gold version of the omega 176.007! I have an R2D2 silver version of the 276.007 to go with the other.
