My buddy has an electric smoker. I know, I know. I'll tell you what, whatever we put in there comes out delicious. It does what it's supposed to very well and quite easily.
I've been known to smoke a few meats. I use a vertical 2 burner propane smoker. Had a Traeger smoker but it never worked right and I gave up on it.
