Any Photoshop gurus here?

I have a picture of small old building placed out in the wild. Dont know if photoshop can do it, but what I'm after is a picture where everything is the same, but with the building a bit higher.

Please PM me, if you think you have the skills for this. I'll be happy to pay for your time.....
