This doesn't look right at all. I think that's what's causing the bracelet to not stack neatly on top of itself.

I just got my NTTD with the shorter bracelet. My wrist is 17cm or 6.67 inch wrist. Wears good so far. One week in. Not too loose or tight. Comfortable feel. Changed my wearing experience from the longer to shorter, in a positive way. Highly recommend.

I've almost bought this piece 4 or 5 times yet never pulled the trigger. Not sure why exactly but there has always been something keeping me on the fence.

@Manny1979 did you sell your original/long one, and did you buy the short one new or used?

@labwatch have you tried it on? For me, I liked it in photos and all but found that my fondness of it jumped after the second time having tried it on.

This is my second time buying the NTTD . The first time was on the long bracelet and I never had a good fit. Huge gap on the side and long end tucked under the bracelet to much. After having a Submariner 114060 for 6 months, I always kept thinking about the NTTD. So I sold my Sub and repurchased the NTTD again with Nato and Short bracelet combo. The Sub is the most boring watch ever.

Meanwhile, I own the watch for about 1.5 years, but I am still undecided about it ... for a while I really like it, then again less. I still have my problems with the fit of the Milanese bracelet - whether with the regular length or the shorter version. In addtion, I had to find out once again how susceptible the titanium is to scratches. After the lugs, this time it even somehow hit the case back which is kind of annoying.

Still wondering if I should "embrace" the scratches or have them removed somehow?

Leaning towards embracing ... if I only knew that at some point it would look a little better again. 馃う

Embrace them. Even if yo remove them, they're going to get scratched again.

I have an AP Royal Oak 15400 that I wore as my daily for several years. It's beat to hell with scratches all over it. I'm never going to get that polished.

Any scratches to the case or bezel?

No, so far it's just the ugly scratch on the case back. Wish I knew how this happened.

This watch is seemingly hard to spot in the wild.

Do you wear a ring or other jewelry that could've scratched it?

I've got some light scratches in a similar spot, which I think might've been caused by my wedding ring when putting on or taking off the watch.

I embrace the scratches, it's just part of its life's journey.

No, I don't wear rings or other jewelry, which is why I still can't explain the scratches.

As mentioned before, yes, this is probably the way to deal with it.

I just purchased a new tool from Amazon and its a must have. This will touch up any scratches on your brushed finishing. It worked great for me. The watch is basically all brushed. Just follow the pattern and in one direction to achieve a better result. Very fine brushing and light pressure with the finer scratches. Deep scratches may need to be repeated for better results. Just thought I'd share some helpful info for my fellow NTTD owners out there.
