You can use tenso.com or any of the many other forwarding agents. Just take a look and find the one with the best reviews.

Shipping out of Japan has been difficult and expensive since the beginning of last year. The suspension of EMS shipping to the US means I’ve had watches awaiting repair sitting in my closet for close to 18 months. I haven’t checked the status of EMS in a while now. Where are you hoping to receive this item?

EMS resumed services to Canada, recently. Perhaps it's the same with the US.
