I recently inherited this watch. I know absolutely nothing about watches, so was hoping to find some information here. Thanks so much for any information you can give me. Sorry about the quality of the picture... it actually looks cleaner in person- also there is a scratch on the glass.

Its a square case automatic by the looks of it, I'm going to guess 60s or 70s. They're not high value watches, but they're well made and reliable. Parts availably is also great so if you wanted to have it restored and wear it daily, it could provide you with many decades of solid use. Was it a close relative that left it to you?

Thanks fo the information. This watch was given to me by my Aunt, by marriage. It had belonged to her husband who passed away about 40 years ago.

That probably explains the condition which is quite nice for a watch of that age. You thinking of having it restored for use or moving it on?

Might be a 50's watch with a bumper 351 inside.

Not really sure at this point. There is also a vintage Rolex- which based on his age and his early death, I guess would be a mid to late 40's or early 50's watch.
