Hi all. Any idea what model this is, please?

I’ve worked out from the serial number that it’s 1984 and I can see it’s a 1455 quartz cal but I can’t find the model number. Also, does it look genuine? Thanks very much.

Looks fine, do you have a photo of the inside of the case back?

Thank you for your reply. I’ve since found out it’s 591 0338 but can only find anything on it on Japanese sites.

As mentioned, it looks genuine - fakes don't often go to the lengths to sign the movement as well (at least not to that extent). I'd comment on the condition though, specifically calling out the dust and particulae in the movement and the destroyed gasket on the caseback that will need replacing. If you're wondering about value, I wouldn't pay over 150USD for this.

Could anyone give me some insight about a older omega watch I have. It’s not got a strap and all I know is it was my husbands uncles watch ( I think) what era, what style etc… I don’t think it’s gold, most likely plated but general information would be really appreciated. My husband has recently passed away and I know very little about it? Thanks

I'm not a model guru so cannot be sure what it is, but it does look similar to early 70s Omega Devilles and may be powered by a cal. 711 movement. What I can say for sure is that you are correct that it is not solid gold. 99% of watches with a silver colored caseback and gold colored case are plated.

Always better to start a new thread rather than piggybacking onto an unrelated existing thread.
