Well here is a few railroad watches 3 992B and one 992 and a 940. the 992 in the plain jane case was the first watch I bought when I first started collecting watches got it at a pawn shop back in the 1980's. I got a electric Hamilton wristwatch before quartz no photo of I need to get it repaired one of these days.
Hi guys, I probably know the answer but want some validation. The Hamilton RAF issue that I am attaching had missing lume on the hand. Is it possible to replace the hand or touch the hand again?I am thinking I should pass and look for one in better condition. But I am asking just in case it is something that can be done without much trouble.
My Fountainebleau!...... previous owner ruined the dial, but i still dig it. I assume it was sold with a small mirror and a razor in the 70s?
Very interesting! I'm in the search for a GMT...and still trying to nail down what I want!! Hope to get a Black Bay GMT, have bid on an Astronaut Mark II, love that design...but I guess I'll be posting pictures when I finally do get it!!
Very Interesting watch. "The ref. H77565833 Hamilton Khaki Navy GMT ‘Conservation’ was created in collaboration with Conservation International and Harrison Ford. For the packaging recycled materials were used; proceeds were donated to Conservation International. Limited Edition numbers not known" If its good enough for Han Solo........
the last hamilton I had was fantastic, it was a Jazzmaster Traveler GMT, I just purchased this one as my next hamilton, and am excited for it to arrive
hi. i have very limited information on this watch as i hardly find any reference on the web. probably late 70's by the case design, gold plated, selfwinding text and daydate window on the 6 o'clock. there is nothing extra ordinary except the attractive ovrrsize yellow markers/indices in black background. thanks for asking.
