Love the Lanson Black Label. The absence of malolactic fermentation gives it a nice fruitfulness.

Too bad the brand was destroyed, stripped of its vineyards by the "angel exterminator" Bernard Arnault - he bought the brand, transferred the vineyards to his own LVMH brands abd sold Lanson as an empty shell of a brand.

This for us tonight, lovely b de b, mostly Grand and Premier Cru Vineyards, 4 years on lees, tastes like a good one once flat, always a sign of a high quality Champagne...
