Be glad to try to help, but those photos aren’t good enough, unfortunately. Try harder so maybe we can help.

Dennison cases were made in Birmingham, it looks perfectly 'original' just not Swiss. Post an in focus caseback shot and we can give you an exact year. The value isn't massive, this will be a small watch when viewed to modern tastes I would imagine. Pre-war watches like this are generally considered tiny these days. Don't persist in touting it here, there are rules against selling until you are an established contributor.

Sorry, not touting, just wanted opinions, haven’t found anything similar online to compare, from what I have found seems to be 1913 movement, 1920 case, gold and still working.

unfortunately, that is not desirable for most collectors. expect the gold price as the value. which is not much, because these cases are hollow. if its working, why not keep it?

Well, since Luigi posted his watch, now you have seen something similar online. I often say that not everyone bothers to post watches on the internet. But there are plenty of other interesting watches that people just enjoy in the privacy of their homes.

It is my experience that the earlier the serial number is, the more wrong the list is. The number on mine is allegedly 1910 but the big book says the movement wasn't introduced until 1917.

People also make mistakes with hallmark year letters when dating UK pieces since each assay office used to differ when it came to which letter they used for a given year. Also some changed over in July, others on January. It’s not straight forward, pre 1974 is is quite a confused picture.
