Just came across this watch on the eBay.
Nothing that I am trying to buy it, just interested to hear from you the reasons why it has professional case, but doesn't say professional on the dial?

This one has been around for a while, keeps being relisted. At some point I may have to buy it as it may be worth more as parts.....

 

Dial is not likely original to the watch as the Professional text was established quite some time before on the 105.012. No idea how this watch would end up with a 105.003 dial, but that dial is worth a pretty penny. Is the lume redone?

As LawBrk says, it's been around a few times. VAP would be a fair bit lower.

 

The seller is local to me. Several months ago I wished to discuss with him a local cash offer.

His response was that he already had "several offers of $9500."

I wished him luck with his sale sami didn't feel it was worth that to me.

Anyways it's good to see that some of the experts here also felt there was some mismatch in parts.
