Nobody cried fowl when KFC started genetically modifying chickens (pun intended). There have been genetically modified crops being grown and consumed for decades. So why the fuss over fish? If they were creating a mutant shark that could walk on land then there'd be cause for concern. This is just one more step down the path away from nature. Do I think it's the best way? No. But a necessary one until overpopulation is put in check.
