But how can you tell? Is it because it looks too good? I just don't seem to have the eye to tell. Thanks
That and the fonts aren't good. If you compare the first O in Chronometer to the other Os, it's different than the others. Also the minute marks look kind of sloppy and not even. Here's an all original (borrowed pic)
Correct me if I am wrong but the minute marks should be on the white inner portion of the dial? MKelley's one has minute marks on the silver dial just outside of the centre white portion. Still learning to spot redials.
Since you had me focused, I can see it. Sure is subtle to the untrained eye. I'll keep practicing & asking newbie questions. Thanks
Is this a redial? http://www.ebay.com/itm/11093232237...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1245wt_1348Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
The quality of the photo is too poor to examine the font very well. it appears to pass MOY, but it is quite possibly an Omega service replacement dial. cushions such as this are not a very desirable style dial for collectors.
To my untrained eye, it looks if the minute markers are out of place & the hour hand is too large. But as you said, the photos are poor. Thanks.
the font is not correctly aligned on the first watch. the second watch looks like a redial. The crown is defiantly wrong but the crystal does have the Omega emblem.
I like your taste, I've got the stainless steel version of your first one on beads of rice bracelet with the thinner arrowhead markers, they're a great piece!
