For a few years now, my friends and I have been doing a Xmas gift lucky dip for each other. Basic rules - nothing too expensive (around £10) and that's about it 😀

This year someone is going to get a tardigrade plushie. Bet they have no idea what it is 😁

Looks good enough to eat.

That’s a sad day, I’ve still got my old Denon receiver I bought used as a teenager for $80 and it’s been a trooper all this time. Horribly confusing remote control but great piece of kit.

A Glock 45 with a Surefire rail light to add to the stable…like I needed another Glock, but the price was extremely right.

Decided to replace my ageing electric clippers with something more suitable for my follically-challenged condition. Just given these a trial run for a full head shave and the results are very impressive. Not sure I'll be using the accessories much (apart from the small clipper attachment on my beard/tache).

Looks like money well spent 😎

Yep. Designed for and aimed at those who would like a smooth (chrome dome) look. The heads are spring loaded and glide over the skull without nipping or catching. Can be used wet or dry.

Looks up" men's head shaver" on Amazon or similar and a whole world of grooming possibilities will open up for you 😁

Shaving against the grain has been a mainstay in my life for decades. This thing get it smooth and do so fairly quickly? I can shave my noggin in about 3 minutes.

Having just done one trial run, I can't be certain, but it seems to work well. If you use a circular motion, finding the grain of your growth becomes a non-issue. Bear in mind it will not be quite as close as a full wet bladed shave, but in my experience it's much quicker!

Bought a few things yesterday.

The Bullhorn is freekin' loud!
Don't know why I bought, it just is a cool thing to have around and who knows maybe I can round up the kids with it ( not the wife, I don't want to die ).

The door bell chime is much more relaxing.

The lickity split hand drill coz I am sick of picking up battery drills that have a flat battery when I only want to drill one hole!
