Just added a Feliks Echo Mark II headphone amp to power my newish French Focal Clear and Radiance headphones. Feliks is a small family owned company in Poland which makes hand made tube amplifiers. Very high quality for the price paid.

This I have coveted for many years. It fell into my lap at a price that was too good to ignore and I knew that if I walked away I’d regret it forever.

I built 2 last year during lockdown, an Aero upper and lower 16" 5.56mm with a Geissele SSA-E trigger and an Anderson lower/Aero upper 10.5" .300BLK SBR with a LaRue Tactical MBT-2S trigger. For roughly 1/3 the cost, the LaRue is a nice trigger...
Went with a CMC single-stage flat 3.5 lb drop-in unit in blue. It'll be the only color on the platform other than white lettering on a few components which I've tried to keep to a minimum.

Really getting curious about Ox Firearms receivers though. They look very quality

Picked up the e46 version 4 Leica Elmarit 28mm and external 28 view finder for when I inevitably use it on my M3.
Are you talking cameras or cars? 😕

About a month ago, I bought this advertising light to glow with my McIntosh tube gear.

Picked up a pair of these, still waiting for delivery, should be here Tuesday.

Looks like a heck of a deal.
Probably heavy as lead but after dropping a 4X4 on my toes awhile back I decided it was time to look for a pair.
Apparently milspec, and old school.

PS
Got the boots on the 22nd and they are just as advertised. Good fit with room for thick socks and a work boot insole.
A tad heavy due to the double thick sole but not excessively so.

No problem. Return the 2x4 to the store and use that same amount to pay the doctor for your broken toe lol

No kidding.
Just erected some steps on the back porch. The materials for the steps themselves was bad enough but when I got around to looking at materials for the handrail I found the turned wooden posts I wanted were over $60 each. That's almost as much as the cost of these boots. Posts intended as porch posts were over $80 each.
When I replaced the older wooden posts with steel about 50 years ago three steel posts cost less than $40 altogether, now replacements for those cost almost twice that each even on sale.

Yeah, it's out of control. I have some rather strong opinions about it which I will reserve for less public company.

Just wanted you to know we feel your pain. Yes, including your battered foot. Been there...

That’s a very clean pinarello, correct color.

Oh it’s 100% legit, although it has a different seat post and the wheels are not standard. Frame has the correct barcode, cable routing etc. It was owned by my next door neighbour’s son, who is ex-Forces. He rode it to win bronze at the 2018 Invictus Games, so a bit of history as a bonus! It’s still got his name decal on the seat tube.

First fire today, to cure, cooking tomorrow. I'm thinking how to finish' the outside, at the moment ceramic broken tiles but I may just paint, it was a nice mini project, nice to build something every now and then as I drive a PC at work.

I got this Hyundai Kona and a COVID shot today. My wife is already calling it our batmobile, which I find to be very adorable
