Sounds like if the mainspring has snapped, or its attachment to the arbor.

If was sold to you as serviced, you should send it back. If not, replacing the mainspring is an easy enough job to do , during the movement overhaul

Well, since it was sold as is, and the mainspring snapped while in your possession, it looks like your bad luck. Mainspring is always replaced at service by reputable service providers, so this doesn't add anything to your service costs. Get it serviced and enjoy.

Please post a pic, let's see what you've got!

I always assume, if the seller doesn't state that the watch has been serviced, it's going to need service ASAP.

And now the seller says that was my fault...
Your fault lies in complaining to him for something he had no control of and is not responsible for.

Well, the mainspring snapped while in your possession. You should take it for an overhaul. But first, post pics!

I tend to agree with the seller on this one

You didn't say it was fully serviced.

Ask him is there a service warranty and can he handle that for you, with you paying the shipping each way. Again, not his fault. If there is fault, it's with the watchmaker who didn't change the mainspring, or if he did, the manufacturer of the mainspring.

So you are saying that someone sold a fully serviced watch, without saying anything about it being fully serviced?

hello again , in the description of the watch it did not say anything about service, he only said that it goes one second per day. After I received it and all of this happened, I spoke to the seller and he responded that the watch was fully servised.

If the auction description doesn't state it was serviced, you need to take it for service before you use it. Sorry you had to learn this lesson by breaking a mainspring. Just take it for an overhaul, shouldn't be too expensive.

Which is it?

Uh huh. It seems to me that you bought an unserviced watch. You had bad luck, but if your assumption was that it would need servicing anyway, it doesn't seem like such a big deal.

This is like buying a working lamp, then turning it on and having the bulb blow. Bad luck.
