And this is the CHEAP tourbillon. Try getting the original Omega Tourbillon for less than the cost of a new Ferrari and you'll be doing well!

Yes but the price target was constantly moving and the seller wouldn't take paypal even if I paid for all the fees including the exchange rate hit. At that point I just walked away.

There's a big difference between a Deluxe and a Grand Luxe in pricing, there are dozens of blokes on this forum with mint condition deluxe piepans but yea personally I'd still have gone for the other one. (btw this post was completely changed by me due to confusing initially the OP's link of the non-bracelet GL to the Antiquorum one)

Well went through some sale numbers... until 2011 and 2012 mid just the head was around 3k to 4k . i wish i got in to this hobby little earlier. what happened in the last 6 to 8 months why are the prices sky rocketing?
Are you talking Grand Luxe with hooded lugs around $3k-4k, and what was the condition like in those? a lot of factors in play
