An Unexpected Ebay Purchase........1970's Seamaster

    Was up early today and decided to check ebay for any interesting speedmasters ...........

    But instead purchased this stunning Seamaster, 1970 gold electroplate Seamaster with cal750 - seller says it has never been worn

    You gotta watch that casual Ebay browsing. Sometimes, when you least expect it, watches will just jump up and get purchased. ;)

    Exactly, somehow before I knew what had happened my finger hand clicked the buy it now button :D

    It looks in stunning condition and a good size too as my wrist is 7.5". Will make a nice change to my current watches.

    Crispy! Really nice score and it definitely has the funk. :cool:
    Agree that it also has a very good engine beneath that flashy body.
    These cal. 75x watches are just a ridiculously good value--massively underpriced by any objective standard.
