Hi, today I want to show you some pics of my Omega Chronostop 145.008. My father bought this watch in our holidays in Italy beginning of the 70s. He bought it with a black leather and a Omega No. 27 clasp (I have saved this bracelet). He gave this watch to me some years ago, it was the beginning of my collection. As I wear my watches mostly on a stainless steel bracelet, I have mounted the watch on a genuine Omega 1170 with 625 Endlinks. Then I saw, that there exists 4 different bezels for this watch, so I tried to get all possible bezels. My father has worn this watch only a few times, because it was one of his better watches. That was the reason, why the watch was in good conditions. The first sunburst is clearly visible as the seamaster logo on the back is. I have given the watch to an Omega certified watchmaker and he mounted a new crystal and has serviced the movement. That's all. Hope, you enjoy the pics. Really like the roulette bezel. Been wearing mine today. It originally came on a blue strap with no.27 clasp. I managed to find a NOS red strap so wearing it on that. Nothing beats a watch that has been passed down from father to son. Thanks for sharing your beautiful watch.
