An impulsive purchase purely for the look. Anyone here know much about Bedat & Co?

I saw this little beauty a few years ago and had to have it. The Art Deco styling and the old-style pocket chain did it for me.Silly I know. I just don't know anything about Bedat & Co. I'd love to hear from anyone who knows more about them.
