I'll probably make into the store next week. I'll post a photo in this thread once it's on. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I put mine on an Omega dark brown alligator strap. I'm quite happy with the result. Congrats Lew on a fine purchase....wear it well.
I never buy on impulse due to a must-get-as-much-value-as-possible OCD... But that, Sir is a damn fine choice. Congrats.
Great write up and a great watch. The only thing, the only thing I can't get used to is the chopped off hour hand, itjust bugs me so I guess I'll have to settle for my Railmaster.
Greatly enjoyed the writing in your opening post. Those places are dangerous - I'd suggest it's safest to avoid further visits unless you've got your daughter with you; mine is nowadays rather too old to waste her time visiting watch retailers with me, so I'm vulnerable and it's lucky that my nearest Omega Dealer is 50 miles away!
It is a stunning and outstanding watch. I like the simplicity and the discreet appearance and would love to buy this beauty but even with 41.5 it is too small for my wrist. An Aqua Terra with 44mm would be a done deal.
IMHO, this amazing watch looks its best on the SS band. No straps for me. The AT is the only non-vintage I ever liked. One day I hope to join the club. Meanwhile, hearty congrats to Lew on both his new AT and his great review of it.
