An exceptional experience with DON . . .

. . . that I'd like to share. A friend of mine needed an Omega crown which I noticed Don had recently listed. Don quoted an extremely reasonable price with a nominal mailing fee. I wanted tracked mailing, so I added a high estimate of what I expected the additional cost would turn out to be to my payment.

Much to my surprise, Don immediately replied that he would be refunding any overage. I had let him know I didn't expect any refund, but he insisted on conducting a transaction at his stated costs. That sort of honesty and integrity is all too rare these days.
