I don't exactly remember but it was mentioned on one of the (many) review videos on Youtube. This model's bracelet has received the same redesign as did other models before. The parts of the endlink that stick out to keep it steadily in place have been moved from the side to the center, which also requires the case shape to be changed to allow it to fit.

That's comparing the 2014 Seamaster 300 with the 300M Diver. We are talking about the new 2021 seamaster 300 bracelet on the 2014 seamaster 300 watch.
