Alternate to Blue Seamaster 300 Heritage Diver

I think this watch is so nice but when I tried it on yesterday, it’s a bit big for me. I have a smaller wrist and the lug to lug at about 48mm is too big for me. Case diameter at 41mm is also a touch big, I prefer 38-40mm. But I love the navy blue vintage look. Does anyone know any similar looking but slightly smaller watches in any brand that could serve as an alternative for me? I appreciate any suggestions!

I know you’ve posted in the modern section of the forum, but have you considered a vintage watch? If so something like an Omega Seamaster ref. 166.062 might fit the bill:

Thanks for the input. I should add I prefer new/unworn and also like a touch of yellow/cream/faux patina on the dial.

Did you try the Planet Ocean 39.5mm?

The lug-to-lug is only 45mm.
Size is right but I just dont love that blue as much as the darker/navy blue.

It would perhaps help if you show pics of watches you’ve considered and the reasons for discounting them. Otherwise people are going to go round in circles recommending watches you’ve already ruled out.

You are right. Just a bit of backstory. I am pretty new to watches. I don’t remember what watch I saw first with this retro navy blue diver look but I was initially looking in the sub $1000 range and came across several micro brand watches (see pics Baltic, Lorier, Vaer). Then I saw the Seamaster 300 navy blue version, loved it, went to try it on, and it was too big. If the Trilogy 39mm that WYO_Watch posted came in blue and assuming it was available, I would get it. But this may give you the idea of the watch style and color I am going for.

So have you tried the black bay 58 blue?

I have not seen it in person. I will go take a look. Thank you.

It’s less of the faux lume but is 39mm, blue dial etc.

I agree the BB58 seems like a really good fit based on your wish list.

Well more of an interpretation on the Classic Omega 300 kind of look but with some blue. Serica 5303-3 serica-5303-side-blue-ok.jpg

@GSS what size is your wrist?

I own the 300 Heritage diver you're interested in (mine is black) and I have a 6.25 inch and while it is absolutely at the limits of as large as I'll go it works.
