I'm sure these beautiful watches are constantly "popping" up to test us..I was so close to a deal today...I could almost feel the watch on my wrist..The feeling of getting a bargain is seriously gratifying...

I almost touched a 18k pie pan de-luxe today...so clean it had the wrapping on it and it would cut you it was so sharp! I had just sealed the deal..fractions away from a sale...when another offer had come in..no, another 5 offers...1.5k over the deal price...lesson learned..if its not meant to be...it's not meant to be!! I was not willing to have a battle...today.

This is for all you flippers out there...and those who are hooked...keep your eyes on the prize..or just keep focused when the time comes.

I'm happy to say it was a twist of fate that turned out for the better and I can now afford my next piece...but there is always something more interesting around the corner...

Ashley, did I tell you my 2757 caliber 355 date at 6 comes with the box, manual, original Ω logo buckle and period correct Omega branded lizard strap?

Oh, and even though the short hands are on it, the long ones are tucked away.

18 ct Constellations? Yes, there are - and look who owns them. ;) 2699, 2700, 2799 bumpers, and 2852 full rotor De Luxes are in quite a few of the experienced member's boxes. Solid gold Seamaster pie pans are a different story. 3 members own them, and possibly a 4th if he pulls the trigger.

I have to admit, never in my life did I think I would like / covet an all-gold watch (case and dial), but I have to say that these are absolutely stunning! The stepped pie pan date at 6... wow!!
