Shape the outer steel of the bezel has been in a fender-bender around the 85 mark on the tachymeter, also has the later style seconds hand.

Case looks clean though

 

Both fixable, the bezel is easy to fix. The insert looks like it has be touched up though, gray marks all over but it is a replacement .
