Posted the same thread in the Rolex department but it’s not getting a lot of attention there so hope it’s ok to post here. (Don’t tell me to go to the Rolex forum, like it a lot better here :))

I just bought a vintage Rolex for my wife for her birthday and I really want to put it on a jubilee, it’s a 19mm (forking nightmare, why not just 20mm!?!?).
Anywho it was on a brown leather strap and gen vintage jubilee Rolex bracelets are out of my budget at the moment because of some recent watches that found a way to my box.

What are your thoughts about aftermarket bracelets and where can I get one 19mm that I can shrink a lot as she has very petite wrist.

Any ideas are very very welcome :)

I was a bit afraid that “aftermarket” would not get a lot of attention here - is that something people look a bad eye at ? :/

12 have screws on mine, one each at lugs then 5 each side of buckle.

    Then a 3-hole micro-regulator at buckle.

Its easy to file a 20mm bracelet down to fit 19mm. Obviously its only .5mm each side. Be careful it also easy to take too much off as I did on a heavy Staib 20 mm. If you do do this you can put a small "O" ring on the offending side, better to just take your time and keep measuring with digital calipers.
